Self Care Grooming is not just about looking good Girls, it’s about feeling good as well. Taking care of YOURSELF is a form of Self-Love that radiates from within. 

Remembering YOURSELF is not just about the external appearance, it’s also about nurturing YOUR inner Confidence and embracing YOUR unique beauty Girls. 



So let’s dive into the world of Self Care Grooming and discover the tips and tricks that will

SKINCARE ROUTINE


-Establish a daily proper Skincare Routine to keep your skin looking and feeling healthy. For example, using a proper Cleanser, Toning Moisturizers, and NEVER forgetting to apply Sunscreen girls. If you wear makeup to enhance YOUR features, please remember to remove it before bed time, that way YOUR Pores won’t become clogged and YOUR Skin will glow. WE at CMA Spa recommend having a proper Facial Cleansing Service & a Soothing Facial monthly to help get YOUR Skin get where it should be. Free from blemishes (clogged pores, dryness, dead flakes, etc).


WE at CMA Spa will help YOU Girls on the road to a full Skin recovery. Waxing and Threading away any unwanted hairs and then starting a proper Cleansing Treatment of YOUR face. Then having a Facial, and these are options WE recommend:

  5. Thalgo Facial Treatment, Girls, it helps to remove pigmentation/dark spots caused by environment pollution, smoking, and sun Ultra violet UV rays.                                                                  

HAIRCARE


-We must maintain a Haircare routine for OUR Scalps on a regular basis. Girls Wash & Condition YOUR Hair each time you bathe. Trim split ends as per YOUR need.

  2. Avoiding Dryness, WE suggest YOU Girls to have our Hydration Special Service Treatment to hydrate and restore YOUR Hair.

  3. Booking a Protein Service Treatment to strengthen and repair damaged Hair Girls.

  4. Avoiding Spilt Ends & Frizz, WE suggest YOU Girls have our Keratin Treatment to make YOUR Hair more Healthier and free from tangled problems.


HANDS & FEET CARE 


-Girls Hands & Feet also need some attention after your face! They’re the parts of YOUR body that are overworked the most and show signs of wear and age as well. So Girls remember to treat them as if they were part of your face! They deserve proper delicate care. Girls cleanse and moisturize them throughly as well. Also apply Sunscreen to avoid suntanning. A healthy lifestyle reflects in YOUR overall appearance! 

WE at CMA Spa recommend having a bi-monthly Massage, Manicure, and Pedicure to restore YOUR body to its full stamina.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE


-Girls WE must maintain a Healthy Active Lifestyle by eating nutritious foods and staying hydrated with plenty of Water. As well as getting enough sleep with regular exercise. Walking for a minimum of 30 mins a day (Cardio) and drinking your height in Water. Lifting weights is a plus Girls. Sleeping daily for a minimum of 7-8 hours and eating balanced meals with plenty of lean proteins and fresh fruits/vegetables. Girls try to stay away from junk food, processed carbs, and anything fried or saturated in oils. 

Limit YOURSELF, on occasion is fine, but don’t make a daily habit out of it, as this will severely impact YOUR Heath and YOUR skin.


One of the most important aspects of Self Care Grooming is Confidence Girls! 

Practicing good Hygiene habits such as a daily Shower, Brushing Teeth, and using Deodorant to stay fresh and clean. Embrace your unique features, feel good, and stay positive about YOURSELF!
